Owners Sergio Perez and Monica Schoeman-Perez have extensive knowledge of the HVAC field and have built a reputation for excellence in heating and air conditioning services. Sergio began working for a reputable heating and cooling company 25 years ago. He started as a helper, then became an HVAC system technician, and after five years of fieldwork, was promoted to Field Supervisor.

Sergio gained hands-on experience in air-conditioning repair and service and oversaw AC installation projects throughout his career. He has trained technicians, provided technical support to homeowners and installers, and acted as the liaison between builders and field personnel. After retiring in 2015, Sergio founded Airview AC, where he oversaw all Residential and Commercial New Construction jobs and retrofits, including air-conditioning unit replacements. While enrolled in the A&M Commerce and Technology & Information Systems program, Monica accepted an Accounting position at the same HVAC company. Her sharp business acumen quickly propelled her up the corporate ladder, and she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the family-owned company.

In April 2021, Sergio and Monica proudly accepted Trane's Pacesetter Award for 2020, an annual recognition of top-performing air-conditioning system dealers who excel in delivering Trane's value and benefits. The following year, in April 2022, Airview AC Trane received the prestigious SOAR Award for 2021, recognizing them as the top dealer in the Dallas-Fort Worth region for exceptional customer service, product training, sales, and financing. This acknowledgment positioned Airview AC as a leading provider of repair services in McKinney and beyond.

While attending A&M Commerce as an enrollee in the school’s Business Administration and Technology & Information Systems program, Monica accepted an Accounting offer at the same HVAC Company. She quickly climbed the “corporate ladder” and was promoted to CFO of said company in 2014.
